材料 Ingredients:
2瓣蒜头
2 cloves of garlic2勺 Play Klang 肉骨茶酱
2 spoons of Play Klang Herbal Sauce100克肉类(鸡肉、猪肉、牛肉或羊肉皆可)
100g of meat (chicken, pork, beef, or lamb – your choice!)250毫升热水
250ml hot water葱花
Chopped spring onion
做法 Instructions:
在锅中干煎蒜头至金黄色。
Dry-fry the garlic in a pan until golden brown.加入肉骨茶酱和肉类,翻炒至断生。
Add herbal sauce and meat, stir-fry until cooked through.倒入热水,煮至沸腾。
Pour in hot water and bring to a boil.撒上葱花,即可上桌!
Sprinkle chopped spring onion and serve hot!
