Unexpected but amazing – salmon meets Klang Herbal Sauce in this quick and easy fusion by momo. Just marinate, air fry, and you’re done! A flavorful, protein-packed meal ready in minutes – no simmering, no mess, just deliciousness.


材料 Ingredients:

  • 三文鱼排 1块(约200g)
    1 salmon fillet (approx. 200g)

  • 肉骨茶酱 1–2勺(用于腌制)
    1–2 tablespoons Klang Herbal Sauce


做法 Instructions:

1. 腌制 Marinate
将三文鱼表面均匀涂抹肉骨茶酱,放入冰箱冷藏腌制约15分钟。
Coat salmon evenly with Klang Herbal Sauce and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

2. 气炸 Air-Fry
将腌好的三文鱼放入空气炸锅,以120°C气炸约10分钟,中途翻面一次。
Place salmon in air fryer at 120°C for 10 minutes. Flip halfway through.

3. 完成 Serve
直接享用,或搭配蔬菜、米饭等一起食用。
Serve on its own or pair with veggies, rice, or salad.
