Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 意大利面 Pasta – 100g

  • 鸡胸肉丁 Diced chicken breast – 100g

  • 巴生肉骨茶酱 Klang Bak Kut Teh paste – 2–3 tbsp

  • 无盐黄油 Unsalted butter – 20g

  • 淡奶油 Cooking cream – 100ml

  • 温泉蛋 Onsen egg – 1

  • 欧芹碎 Chopped parsley – for garnish

Cooking Steps

  1. 煮意大利面 Boil Pasta
    将意大利面加入加盐沸水中煮8–10分钟,煮至软硬适中。捞出沥干,拌些橄榄油防粘。
    Boil pasta in salted water for 8–10 minutes until al dente. Drain and toss with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.


  2. 炒奶油鸡肉酱 Make the Creamy Chicken Sauce
    热锅加入黄油,融化后放入鸡肉丁,中火炒至变白。
    Heat butter in a pan, add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
    加入肉骨茶酱翻炒均匀,再倒入淡奶油,小火煮至浓稠。
    Stir in Bak Kut Teh paste, then add cream. Simmer until thick and fragrant.


  3. 拌面 Mix with Pasta
    把煮好的意大利面加入锅中,翻炒至每根面条都裹上酱汁。
    Add pasta into the sauce, toss to coat evenly.


  4. 装盘装饰 Plate & Garnish
    盛盘后放上温泉蛋,撒上欧芹碎,即可享用!
    Plate the pasta, top with an onsen egg and chopped parsley. Enjoy!
