🧾 材料 Ingredients
- 柴鱼汤 dashi broth
- 饭 rice
- 鸡丁 diced chicken
- 肉骨茶酱 Klang herbal sauce
- 洋葱丝 sliced onion
- 食用油 cooking oil
- 半生熟蛋 soft-boiled egg
- 盐 salt
- 葱花 chopped spring onion
- 芝麻 sesame seeds
🍳 做法 Instructions
1️⃣ 加热米饭 Heat the rice
将饭放入碗中,加入柴鱼汤,盖上保鲜膜,微波加热。
Place the rice in a bowl, add the dashi broth, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave to heat.
2️⃣ 爆香洋葱 Sauté the onion
热锅中加入少许油,爆香洋葱丝,炒香后捞出备用。
In a hot pan, add cooking oil and sauté the onion until fragrant, then remove and set aside.
3️⃣ 炒鸡肉 Cook the chicken
将鸡丁加入锅中翻炒,倒入少许柴鱼汤和肉骨茶酱,继续翻炒。加入盐调味,炒至鸡肉熟透。
Add the diced chicken to the pan and stir-fry. Then pour in some dashi broth and Klang herbal sauce, continuing to stir-fry. Add salt to taste and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
4️⃣ 组合装盘 Plate the dish
将鸡肉与酱汁摆在饭上,半生熟蛋放在中间,再加入爆香洋葱,最后撒上芝麻与葱花。
Arrange the chicken and sauce on top of the rice, place the soft-boiled egg in the center, and finish with sautéed onion, sesame seeds, and chopped spring onion.
