🛒 食材|Ingredients:
- 公仔面(快熟面) Instant noodles ×1 pack
- 肉骨茶酱 Klang Herbal sauce (pork-free) – 1.5 tbsp
- 鸡肉/牛肉/羊肉 Chicken/Beef/Lamb slices – 100g
- 洋葱 Onion – 1/4 (sliced)
- 蒜头 Garlic – 2 cloves (minced)
- 青菜 Leafy greens – as desired
- 鸡蛋 Egg – 1 (optional)
- 酱油 Soy sauce – 1 tsp (optional)
- 食用油 Cooking oil – as needed
👩🍳 做法|Instructions:
- 煮面 Boil noodles
将公仔面煮软(约2分钟),捞起沥干。
Boil the noodles for about 2 mins, drain and set aside. - 炒料 Sauté aromatics & meat
热锅下油,炒香蒜末和洋葱,加入肉片炒熟。
Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and onion, then add meat slices and cook until done. - 加酱 Stir in sauce
加入肉骨茶酱炒香,喜欢可加一点酱油提味。
Add Klang Herbal sauce, stir well. Add soy sauce if desired. - 炒面 Stir-fry noodles
倒入公仔面和青菜,大火快炒均匀。
Add noodles and veggies, stir-fry over high heat until everything is well coated. - 加蛋(可选)Optional egg
喜欢的话打个蛋进去炒,香味加倍!
Add an egg if you like, stir-fry until incorporated. - 完成 Done!
