肉骨茶公仔面 Klang Fried Noodles

 

🛒 食材|Ingredients:

  • 公仔面(快熟面) Instant noodles ×1 pack
  • 肉骨茶酱 Klang Herbal sauce (pork-free) – 1.5 tbsp
  • 鸡肉/牛肉/羊肉 Chicken/Beef/Lamb slices – 100g
  • 洋葱 Onion – 1/4 (sliced)
  • 蒜头 Garlic – 2 cloves (minced)
  • 青菜 Leafy greens – as desired
  • 鸡蛋 Egg – 1 (optional)
  • 酱油 Soy sauce – 1 tsp (optional)
  • 食用油 Cooking oil – as needed

👩‍🍳 做法|Instructions:

  1. 煮面 Boil noodles
    将公仔面煮软(约2分钟),捞起沥干。
    Boil the noodles for about 2 mins, drain and set aside.
  2. 炒料 Sauté aromatics & meat
    热锅下油,炒香蒜末和洋葱,加入肉片炒熟。
    Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and onion, then add meat slices and cook until done.
  3. 加酱 Stir in sauce
    加入肉骨茶酱炒香,喜欢可加一点酱油提味。
    Add Klang Herbal sauce, stir well. Add soy sauce if desired.
  4. 炒面 Stir-fry noodles
    倒入公仔面和青菜,大火快炒均匀。
    Add noodles and veggies, stir-fry over high heat until everything is well coated.
  5. 加蛋(可选)Optional egg
    喜欢的话打个蛋进去炒,香味加倍!
    Add an egg if you like, stir-fry until incorporated.
  6. 完成 Done!
    一盘香气扑鼻的肉骨茶炒面就完成啦~

✨ 小贴士|Tips:

  • 肉骨茶酱本身偏咸,酱油请酌量添加。
    The sauce is already salty, go easy on extra soy sauce.
  • 不含猪肉的酱料,穆斯林或不吃猪肉的朋友也可享用。
    Pork-free sauce – friendly for non-pork eaters!
  • 可加香菇、豆腐皮等丰富口感。
    Add mushrooms or tofu skin for more texture!
