肉骨茶奶油炖饭 Klang Risotto


🧾 材料 Ingredients

  • 饭 Rice – 150g
  • 人造黄油 Margarine – 15g
  • 鸡肉小丁 Diced chicken – 40g
  • 鸡汤 Chicken broth – 40g
  • 盐和味精 Salt and MSG mix – 2.5g
  • 水 Water – 200g
  • 肉骨茶酱 Bak Kut Teh sauce – 2 tablespoons (15g + 15g)
  • 香菇 Shiitake mushroom – 3 slices
  • 蝶豆花 Butterfly pea flower – 1 pc
  • 生奶油 Fresh cream – 12g
  • 欧芹碎 Chopped parsley – 适量 As needed

🍳 做法 Instructions

1️⃣ 微波加热鸡肉 Heat the chicken
将鸡肉小丁放入碗中,微波加热 1 分钟。
Place diced chicken in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute.

2️⃣ 炒鸡肉 Stir-fry chicken
锅中加热黄油,放入鸡肉小丁翻炒至表面微金黄。
Heat margarine in a pan, then stir-fry the diced chicken until lightly golden.

3️⃣ 烩饭主步骤 Risotto preparation
加入饭、2大匙肉骨茶酱、1匙生奶油、200g 水和 1匙鸡汤,翻炒至汤汁收干、呈粥状但米粒仍分明。
Add rice, 2 tablespoons of Bak Kut Teh sauce, 1 tablespoon fresh cream, 200g water, and 1 tablespoon chicken broth. Stir until the liquid is absorbed and the texture resembles a creamy risotto with visible grains.

4️⃣ 煎香菇 Pan-fry mushrooms
将香菇片用少量油煎熟,备用。
Pan-fry the shiitake mushroom slices in a bit of oil until cooked. Set aside.


✨ 装饰 Plating

  • 将香菇片整齐摆放在烩饭上,撒上适量欧芹碎。
    Arrange the mushroom slices on top of the risotto and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • 淋上 1 汤匙生奶油画圈,点缀 1 朵蝶豆花。
    Swirl 1 tablespoon of fresh cream on top and garnish with a butterfly pea flower.
