- 黄瓜 / cucumber

- 盐 / salt
- 芝麻 / sesame seeds
- 小米辣 / bird’s eye chili
- 醋 / vinegar
- 麻油 / sesame oil
做法 / Instructions:
- 用刀拍打黄瓜,然后切成段。
Smash the cucumber with the side of a knife, then cut into small strips. - 在碗中,加入黄瓜,盐,芝麻,小米辣, 醋,麻油和糖,搅拌均匀。
In a bowl, combine the cucumber with salt, sesame seeds, bird’s eye chili, vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar. Mix well. - 最后,淋上肉骨茶酱。
Finally, drizzle with Klang herbal sauce.
