🧾 材料 Ingredients
- 1颗冷冻土耳其面包 / 1 frozen pogaca
- 1颗温泉蛋 / 1 onsen egg
- 1片脆网 / 1 crispy net
- 欧芹 / parsley
- 迷迭香 / rosemary
🍳 做法 Instructions
1️⃣ 烘烤面包 Air-fry the pogaca
将冷冻土耳其面包放入空气炸锅,设置170°C,烤7分钟。
Place the frozen pogaca in the air fryer at 170°C for 7 minutes.
2️⃣ 对半切开 Cut and plate
面包烤好后横向切半,将底部摆盘。
Once done, cut the pogaca in half horizontally and place the bottom half on a plate.
3️⃣ 制作温泉蛋 Make the onsen egg
把温泉蛋打入装有热水的杯子中,静置1分钟后倒掉热水。
Break 1 onsen egg into a cup filled with hot water. Let it sit for 1 minute, then pour out the water.
4️⃣ 装饰完成 Assemble & garnish
将温泉蛋放在面包上,撒上欧芹,再盖上另一半面包。
旁边摆上脆网,并用迷迭香装饰。
Place the onsen egg on the bread, sprinkle parsley, then top with the other half. Add the crispy net on the side and decorate with rosemary.
