肉骨茶碗蒸 Klang Chawanmushi


🧾 材料 Ingredients

  • 5颗鸡蛋 / 5 eggs
  • 水 / water
  • 盐 / salt
  • 肉骨茶酱 / Klang herbal sauce
  • 香菇 / shiitake mushrooms
  • 葱花 / spring onion

🍳 做法 Instructions

1️⃣ 打蛋混合 Whisk the eggs
在碗中轻轻打散鸡蛋,慢慢加入适量清水和少许盐,搅拌均匀。
In a bowl, gently whisk the eggs. Gradually add water and a pinch of salt. Mix gently until combined.

2️⃣ 倒入杯中 Steam-ready
将蛋液倒入杯中,盖上保鲜膜。
Transfer the egg mixture to the cups and cover with plastic wrap.

3️⃣ 蒸蛋 Steam the eggs
将杯子放入蒸锅中,大火蒸约10分钟。
Place the cups in the steamer and steam for 10 minutes.

4️⃣ 调味装饰 Final touch
蒸好后,倒入肉骨茶酱,加入3片煎熟香菇,最后撒上葱花。
Once cooked, pour in the Klang herbal sauce, add 3 slices of cooked shiitake mushrooms, and garnish with chopped spring onion.
