肉骨茶羊肉片火锅 Bak Kut Teh Mutton Hot Pot

 

🧾 食材准备 Ingredients(1人份 For 1 pax)

  • 肉骨茶酱 Klang Herbal Sauce – 100g
  • 水 Water – 500g
  • 盐 Salt – 7.5cc(1.5 tsp)
  • 豆卜 Fried tofu puffs – 2 pcs(cut in half)
  • 豆枝 Bean curd sticks – 2 pcs
  • 金针菇 Enoki mushrooms – ½ bunch
  • 香菇 Shiitake mushroom – 1 pc
  • 羊肉片 Sliced mutton – 60g
  • 包菜丝 Shredded cabbage – 70g
  • 海鲜豆腐 Seafood tofu – 1 pc
  • 龙虾球 Lobster ball – 1 pc
  • 牛奶 Milk – 20g(for milk broth variation)

🍳 制作步骤 Cooking Instructions

1️⃣ 用量杯量出 500g 的水,加入 100g 肉骨茶酱,搅拌均匀后倒入锅中加热。
Measure 500g water and mix with 100g Klang Herbal Sauce. Pour into a pot and heat up.

2️⃣ 加入切半的豆卜、香菇、豆枝、金针菇、海鲜豆腐、龙虾球和盐。
Add tofu puffs, shiitake, bean curd sticks, enoki mushrooms, seafood tofu, lobster ball, and salt.

3️⃣ 若使用奶锅版本,可此时加入 20g 牛奶。
If using a milk hotpot base, add 20g milk now.

4️⃣ 准备桌面火锅,加入酒精胶。
Set up your personal hotpot with an alcohol gel burner.

5️⃣ 汤水煮滚后放入羊肉片,煮约 1 分钟至熟。
Once soup boils, add sliced mutton and cook for 1 minute.

6️⃣ 关火,将锅中汤料倒入桌面火锅,撒上包菜丝,两侧插上豆卜装饰。
Turn off heat. Pour soup and ingredients into the hotpot. Garnish with shredded cabbage and tofu puffs.

7️⃣ 火锅放盘中上桌,点燃酒精胶即可享用。
Place the hotpot on a serving plate and light the fuel to keep warm.
