- 番茄 / tomato
- 黄瓜 / cucumber
- 鸡丁 / diced chicken
- 肉骨茶酱 / Klang herbal sauce
- 盐 / salt
做法 / Instructions:
- **将肉骨茶土耳其面包放入空气炸锅复烤。**取出后横向切半。
Place the pogaca in the air fryer. Once ready, cut it in half horizontally. - 番茄和黄瓜切成薄片,备用。
Slice the tomato and cucumber. - 热锅中加少许油。加入鸡丁和盐,翻炒至熟透。
Add cooking oil to a heated pan. Add diced chicken and salt. Stir-fry until cooked through. - 加入肉骨茶酱,继续翻炒至鸡肉充分吸收酱汁,入味。
Stir in Klang herbal sauce and continue cooking until the chicken is well coated and flavorful. - 在面包的下半部分放上番茄片、黄瓜片和炒好的鸡肉。
Place sliced tomato, sliced cucumber, and cooked chicken on the bottom half of the pogaca. - 最后盖上面包的上半部分即可享用。
Finally, cover with the top half of the pogaca and serve.
