肉骨茶马铃薯泥 Klang Mashed Potato


🧾 材料 Ingredients

  • 土豆 potatoes
  • 肉骨茶酱 Klang herbal sauce
  • 盐 salt
  • 清水 water
  • 黑胡椒 black pepper
  • 牛奶 milk
  • 鲜奶油 whipping cream
  • 欧芹 parsley
  • 薄荷叶 mint

🍳 做法 Instructions

1️⃣ 处理土豆 Prep the potatoes
将土豆去皮切块。
Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks.

2️⃣ 煮土豆 Cook the potatoes
把土豆放入加盐的水中煮熟。煮好后压成泥,直至顺滑无颗粒。
Cook the potatoes in a pot with salted water. Once cooked, mash them until smooth.

3️⃣ 调味 Make it creamy
加入适量盐、黑胡椒、牛奶和鲜奶油,搅拌均匀至顺滑浓稠。
Add salt to taste, along with black pepper, milk, and whipping cream. Mix well until creamy.

4️⃣ 装盘 Serve it up
将薯泥盛出,撒上欧芹碎和黑胡椒,淋上肉骨茶酱,最后点缀一片薄荷叶即可。
Serve the mashed potatoes, sprinkle with parsley and black pepper, then drizzle with Klang herbal sauce on top and garnish with mint.
